Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hope4Med website, our specialized data dashboards (including but not limited to the PreMed Vitals dashboard), and any associated software applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service (Disclaimer of Guarantee)

Hope4Med provides strategic consulting, educational materials, and personalized data dashboards designed to assist students and professionals in various healthcare pathways (including pre-medical, pre-PA, medical students, residents, and related fields). However, Hope4Med does not and cannot guarantee acceptance into any medical school, professional program, residency, or clinical placement. Your admission and career results depend on a variety of personal factors beyond the scope of this Service.

Accuracy of User Data and System Output

The effectiveness, accuracy, and usefulness of the customized dashboards, strategic consulting, and any AI-generated insights depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. Hope4Med algorithms and strategic recommendations are based solely on your self-reported inputs (such as academic history, test scores, and clinical experience).

Hope4Med is not responsible for any inaccurate strategies, miscalculations, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, outdated, exaggerated, or false information submitted by the user. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data you input into our assessments and platform is truthful, accurate, and kept up-to-date.

Third-Party Services and Affiliate Disclosure

As part of our strategic recommendations, Hope4Med may provide links to or suggest the use of third-party educational partners, consulting services, tutors, or other resources. Please note that Hope4Med may have an affiliate relationship with some of these third-party providers and may earn a commission if you choose to purchase their services.

We curate these recommendations based on your profile to provide you with high-quality options; however, Hope4Med does not control, endorse, or assume liability for the practices, quality, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party services. Any transaction or engagement you enter into with a recommended third party is strictly between you and that provider, and is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Hope4Med, including but not limited to the PreMed Vitals dashboard design, strategic frameworks, videos, and text, are the intellectual property of Hope4Med. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own educational purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our proprietary tools or course materials to any third party.

User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account or giving unauthorized access to the Student Portal to non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to proprietary strategic materials, intellectual property, and your personalized PreMed Vitals dashboard upon registration, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances.

Subscription Term: Your membership grants you access to the Service and its features for a period of 12 months from the date of initial purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account settings to prevent future billing. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will simply not auto-renew on your next annual renewal date.

Continued Access: If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not lose what you paid for. You will continue to have full access to your account, dashboard, and all features until the end of your current 12-month billing cycle.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, including intellectual property theft or disruptive behavior.
